This get s a thumbs up from both Paul and myself. Original recipe is from Oxygen magazine, Dec. 2005.
Makes 1 cup dressing
3/4c flaxseed oil (I used Udo's 3.6.9 blend)
1/4c red wine vinegar
1 1/2tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
MIx all ingredients in a bowl or dressing cruet. keeps 5-7 days refrigerated.

Sugar :trace amount
Enjoy over a huge plate of mixed salad greens :)
